Although the contents were not what the public expected, after all, it broke the situation in which the power reform had gone through long-term stagnation. If we simplify the reform of electricity market as ?restricting the monopoly and opening the market ?, then the power enterprise will face a brand-new business development. It?s already in urgent need to build a brand-new period of enterprise culture which can adjust to the revolution of the socio-cultural background at present. From the development history of the power enterprise in our country, we can see that the construction of enterprise culture in power enterprise once played a positive and crucial role in the development process of the power industry. Therefore, for the power enterprise in our country, recognizing the brand-new situation of the enterprise development clearly and building the enterprise culture with its own characteristics is necessary for the progressive development of the enterprise.Along with the gradual perfection of socialist market economic system, in fact, the pillar of energy industry in our country has fallen upon the power enterprise in our country. The power industry, which is burdened with a huge task, shoulders more responsibility in its operation and development and faces stronger marketing challenges as it is completing its business development. To overcome these ?chronic disease?, power enterprise must carry out specific and systematic construction of characteristic enterprise culture by starting from aspects such as business and management strategy, value and system construction and highlight the word ?characteristic? specifically owned by the power enterprise in the characteristic power enterprise culture. Then it unifies the value of all the staff in power enterprise and puts their enthusiasm together by taking advantage of the characteristic power enterprise culture to form the core competitiveness which can promote the ?comprehensive competitiveness? of the power industry rapidly and reveal the unique charm of the characteristic power enterprise culture.This text analyzes the current situation of the construction of characteristic enterprise culture and the challenges facing it and put forward the relevant countermeasures by mainly adopting literature research method and comparative analysis.
