A Study On The Development Of Beijing 's High - Tech Industry By Private Equity Fund

Although the private equity does not developed into the mature period in China, it is no doubt that the private equity have occupied an extremely important position in the capital market. What’s more important is that the characteristics of the high-tech industry with high risk, high profits, which are matched the preference of the private equity. And it is possible that the private equity contributes into the small and medium-sized enterprises.In this process, private equity indirectly promoted the transformation of high tech achievements. This can also promote the adjustment of the industrial structure and the industrial upgrading in the long term. The role of the ultimate realization of the industrial great leap forward development is immeasurable.As the gathered-land of the financial resources and the industrial resources, Beijing is the leading role for the perfection of the national capital market. How to make the private equity fund and Beijing emerging industries combined effectively, make them promote each other, mutual development, have the important practical significance. So this paper takes Beijing as the research scope. Firstly, I focus on the existing problems and the causes of the current situation of the private equity promoting the high-tech industry. The analysis consists of four dimensions of the private equity, Beijing high-tech industry, industrial policy and regulation, market aspect. Secondly, I analyzed the advanced experience of the developed capital market, which combined the high-tech industry with the capital market successfully. I used the American Silicon Valley and the NASDAQ market as the example of the combination. Then I developed the capital market of our country with the enlightenment from the capital market transactions rules. Finally, I put forward the selection of operational mode of the private equity promoting the Beijing high-tech industry, which include four aspects of private equity, Beijing high-tech industry, industrial policy and regulation, market aspect.
