For our country, housing endowment as a new endowment way has been widely attention, although this model just prominence,it is the complement of the old-age security system in our country.It has a significant effect to solve the problem of pension. A new house to pension pilot is the opportunity to explore system model adapt to China’s situation, which have great significance.This article has X city as the research object, by using the combination of theory and empirical methods,which combines the practical experience at home and abroad to housing endowment and the specific situation of the local.It analysis the feasibility of the implementation of retirement with house,and provides suggestions to the development of future retirement with house.
