Study On The Choice Of Business Mode Of Mining M & A

With the development of China’s capital market is becoming more and more mature, it has become an important means for the enterprise expansion. The research about the merger and acquisition has becoming increasingly studied. Whether it can create value for the company to improve the performance of the company, has become a hot issue for many scholars and practitioners are concerned.Compared to the other industries, mineral resources has higher and faster profit, so the paper will analysis the mergers and acquisitions about mineral resource. Most of previous studies has studied the motives of mining mergers and acquisitions, mode of mining mergers and acquisitions, risks of mining mergers and acquisitions,and effects of mining mergers and acquisitions, there is no study on the management model after of mining mergers and acquisitions.This paper selects the Jinjing company, Donghua company and Zhonghong company about mining mergers and acquisitions.We select the management ability, profit ability, debt paying ability, future growth, cash flow and analysts to evaluate the aspects of mergers and acquisitions, analysis the corporate performance analysis, discuss the company’s business mode. And then we find that, compared to the Professional team management model of mixed mergers and acquisitions about mineral resource,the Self model of Vertical merger about mineral resource is better;compared to the Self model of mixed mergers and acquisitions about mineral resource,the Professional team management model of mixed mergers and acquisitions about mineral resource is better.It’s provide the strategy about mergers and acquisition and management model.
