Research On The Obstacles And Countermeasures Of Informatization Development Of Small Towns In Shaanxi Province

Informatization is the key and effective way to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of the small town, and is also an important symbol of urban modernization. To strengthen the research on small town informatization accord with the direction of China’s current informatization, urbanization synchronous development, which will have a practical significance for the new construction of urbanization in Shaanxi province. At present,the small-town informatization construction of Shaanxi province is in the early stage,and compared with other developed provinces in China, a gap still exists. This article is trying to establish an index system of information development for small-town, and find out the development barriers of information infrastructure, information resources, application of information technology and development environment. It analyzes the causes of obstacles according to the digital division theory. Based on the governance theory foundation, this article put forward the information development mode and countermeasures of Shaanxi province.
