China 's Industrial Structure Service

As an obvious phenomenon in the world development at present,service-rization of industrial structure exerts increasingly important effect on China’s economic development. Moreover, transformation and promotion of industry structure are tasks that China have to do in the near future.The paper has summed up studies on related fields of home and abroad, then strengthened the cognition of the definition of service-rization of industrial structure with accuracy, after that, making a study of China’s service-rization of industrial structure by comparing eight pieces of data of China and America during the same period from the servitization of input and output of industries’ structure. Specifically,in the aspect of the servitization of input, the paper has investigated how China’s economic development relies on service resources by using the data of human capital investment, technology capital investment, information capital investment and management capital investment, and analysing American situation in the same period comparatively. Similarly,in the aspect of the servitization of output, the paper has investigated the output of servitization in China’s current stage by using the data of the output of the service industry, the service sector’s contribution to economic growth, the internal structure of the service industry output and the internal structure of the non-service output,and comparing with American situation in the same period.The paper has found that when compared with America, China’s servitization levels of input and output are still low, and the catching up trend is not obvious. In terms of input, China’s utilization degree ofinformation capital is high, and the input growth of it is also faster than the other three capital investments; In terms of output, China’s development of industry convergence has achieved very high performance. This paper has revealed that China’s historical accumulation of the servitization of input is insufficient, and China has huge potential in non-service service, but technology capital investment has played a big role, the utilization of information capital will play a ever-increasing important role in the next development stage. As for the aspect of the servitization of output,China has been subject to, on the one hand the current domestic level of the economy, science and technology, on the other hand the current domestic and foreign demand, and we have found that non-service industry has been service-oriented remarkable. So this paper argues that when it’s time to set policies, the government has to have a full realization of the complexity of service-rization of industrial structure to avoid making it rigidly uniform, and sum up the successful experience of the utilization of information capital and pay more attention on it. What’s more,take full advantage of China’s industry convergence.
