Recently, many enterprises have taken some measures to undertake the social responsibility, but the practice of corporate social responsibility and economic development speed does not at same level. How to put the corporate social responsibility into action, how to improve relationship with creditors, suppliers, employees, and communities. Improving the market competitiveness has become the focus of the public.Enterprise competitiveness have combined by the relationship between the resources and the enterprise competence, it has advantage to competitor in the market environment, With the increasing competition in the market, corporate social responsibility has become an important source of competitiveness, corporate social responsibility become an important part of enterprise’s soft competitive.Based on the stakeholder theory, at first,analyses the previous literature, to study the interest related responsibility theory, corporate social responsibility. Secondly, set up the interaction model of corporate social responsibility and enterprise competitive. Finally, put forward the theoretical hypothesis, design index system of corporate social responsibility, then analysis the relationship between corporate social responsibility and corporate competitiveness.According to the statistics of 54 enterprise from 2009 to 2013, we find that, first. the more responsibilities the corporate take,the more competitiveness it would be corporate will significantly enhance their competitiveness by committing the responsibility of government and shareholders, while committing creditors’ and suppliers’ responsibility is not relevant to competitiveness; Second, staff’s responsibility will be less weaken the competitiveness; Third, considering previous period,the better corporate social responsibility performances in the previous periods would lead to greater competitiveness, but the corporate social responsibility performances in the previous periods is not relevant to the competitiveness in the following time. |
