Communication within the organization is the normal operation of enterprises inthe blood, studies show that77%of the management problems are caused by theorganizational communication. In order to organize the effectiveness of internalcommunication into the diagnosis and effective intervention, this article attempts tobuild internal communication effectiveness evaluation model.In this study, the general staff of enterprises or institutions through interviews andopen-ended questionnaires, the initial preparation of the general staff to communicatewithin the organization effectiveness evaluation questionnaire and randomly selected330enterprises and institutions of the general staff was tested by collecting310validdata for project analysis, exploratory factor analysis and reliability and validityanalysis, and ultimately the general staff within the organization to establishcommunication effectiveness evaluation index system and formal questionnaire,indicator system consists of two two indicators and six three indicators form, formalquestionnaire The internal consistency coefficient was0.97. Second, the general staffwithin the organization using the process of building a similar manner, randomlyselected310leading enterprises as the research survey, through the293valid dataprocessing, finally established leadership and communication within the organizationeffectiveness evaluation index system and formal questionnaire, index systemconsists of two two nine three indicators and indicators constitute the formalquestionnaire reliability was0.914. Finally AHP weights given to the index system,the establishment of internal communication effectiveness evaluation model, and theM state-owned enterprises and private enterprises in the N applied verification testand interview results show that the applied measurement results more in line withcorporate M and N Enterprisescommunication situation, and probably because ofdifferences in the nature of the two enterprises, communication conditions aresignificantly different.The results show the effectiveness of communication within the organization generalstaff evaluation questionnaires and evaluate the effectiveness of leadership and communication within the organization questionnaire has good reliability and validity,internal communication effectiveness evaluation model also has good validity, so itcan be used within the organization evaluate the effectiveness of communication.
