In2003, the Chinese real estate industry opened the prelude to the macro-control. The real estate enterprises are facing the dual test of the capital chain and operational capabilities; the real estate industry is undergoing a new round of reshuffle and depth adjustment. How precisely to develop a forward-looking strategy for the competition, and quickly respond to dynamic market needs, enhance their competitive advantage, build the core competitiveness, not only real estate companies break through the woods, to win the pressing issues of living space, but also real estate companies in the real estate industry to win a sustainable competitive advantage, and to achieve sustainable management of the problem of justice. Meanwhile, Hangzhou city and the around area, in the past ten years, leading the development of the Chinese economy, the rapid development of its regional real estate market, the competition has become increasingly fierce.As an international enterprise based real estate development, after nearly20years of development, SM Group has become one of China’s real estate industry leaders. How to transform group’s advantage into local market is beginning of our idea of the competition strategy for SM.In this paper, we applied strategic management analysis tools to analysis the system of internal and external environment analysis, combining with the SM real estate business development status and characteristics. We developed the SM real estate business development strategy in Hangzhou local market for multi-perspectives, multi-program research and feasibility studies. Then we make specific strategic implementation plan and the formation of a strong scientific and operational the application of the results.
