Research On China 's Fund Management Model And Policy Suggestions

Along with the capital market,China’s fund industry has gone through10years of development, has achieved great development. However, as the cornerstone of the development of the industry, the fund governance has been not been significantly improved, plagued the healthy development of China’s fund industry. After the rapid expansion experienced the last round of big bull market, capital market stept into a long bear market,and the fund industry in China gradually into the bottleneck of the development period. The fund governance and the performance of a series of questions arising are getting more and more obvious. Fund governance studies increasingly prominent the significance.In this paper, starting from the analysis of the ecological environment of the domestic fund industry、fund governance problems,combining the mature experience of overseas mature markets fund governance, would give some of the policies recommendations of China’s fund industry about the fund form、governance structure、governance mechanisms and governance environment.
