Airlines flight crew scheduling is an important issue in airlines human resources allocation optimization. Currently, airlines flight crew scheduling mostly meet problem, such as low resource utilization, workload not average, high human cost etc. With the rapid development of Chinese civil aviation business, transportation networks become increasingly large and complex, it becomes an urgent problem which is necessary for us to study and solve, how to improve and make it more scientific, economic, flexibility and humanized.In this thesis, considering the actual status of China’s national conditions, I studied and used heuristic algorithm and genetic algorithm to realize the airline mission group rings and crew rostering system. The paper first introduces the basic situation of the airline flight task group ring as well as the crew rostering system, makes a detailed description of the automatic scheduling system model and related software optimization engine, in analyzing of several common optimization algorithm, base on China’s national conditions requirements and the flexibility of making scheduling plan and a variety of factors that need to be considered, so efficient parallel genetic algorithm as a system optimization algorithm is chosen. Second, the automatic flight crew scheduling system is realized using C, that prove the effectiveness, the feasibility and efficiency of this method, then used it to analog and optimize the data that from actual airline flights and personnel scheduling, make the crew arrangements to the appropriate flight tasks, aim to achieve the target with the maximum utilization of flight plan, the minimization of pilots’human resource cost, the equalization of staff s task workload.This thesis is the research achievement from cooperation project of Fudan University and Shanghai Eastern China Travelsky System Integrated Co., Ltd.
