Along with the progress of the society and the development of the enterprise, competency quality model by many researchers’ attention, many companies and even some institutions have also begin to build their own competence quality model. But the real construct able to fit the development of the enterprise competence quality model is not easy, need to company or unit with scientific eye to treat it. At present, how to improve the level of the management of human resources has become the futures company an urgent need to resolve problems.This paper mainly to A futures company as the research object, and focuses on its competency competency model is discussed. This paper is divided into six parts.
