Research On The Development Model Of Bond Market In China Stock Exchange

Bond market provides huge liquidity for financial system, provides convenient channels to raise funds for various agencies, and provides an investment tool with stable income for all types of investors. The yield curve based on bond trading price is the yield benchmark for a variety of financial products in financial system. Exchange bond market is an important part of China’s bond market.Only if we study its development model carefully can we know the reason why it doesn’t develop well in the past few years and then can we try to seek for the suitable road for its health development. Based on the study already done by others, this paper uses a method combined with theoretical research and empirical research and a step by step idea and tries to use the combination of theoretical exploration and practical experience to study the subject of the development model of exchange bond market. The first chapter is to discuss the history and current status of the development model of China exchange bond market. The second chapter analyzes its problems within current development model. The third chapter studies the development model in matured foreign markets.The fourth chapter analyzes the comparative advantage of China exchange bond market. The fifth chapter discusses its future ideal development model. This paper thinks the root causes of current problems in China exchange bond market are the lack of clear market positioning and the lag of development of derivatives, and it should make it clear about its market position, give full play to its comparative advantages,take market mechanism reform,market-oriented pricing and product innovation actively in order to achieve the ideal development model.
