Study On ANP Method For Major Decision - Making Group Based On Complex System Scientific Thinking

Decision-making played an extremely important role in enterprise management. Therefore, this paper presents a based on perspective of scientific thought for complex systems on decision method of enterprise.On the subject, first of all, hes in complex systems theory, decision theory and decision method on the basis of the literature, summed up the relevant concepts of the perspective of scientific thought for complex systems, provides theoretical basis and research way of thinking for the paper. Second, the enterprise’s important decision problem is divided into two parts:expert selection problem and group decision-making method. To the first question, using fuzzy Delphi method, solve the problem of uncertainty of expert selection, in the form of a fuzzy number computation experts, the integrated evaluation for sorting optimization. For the second question, considering the nonlinear thinking expert decision, put forward improvement of ANP group decision method, use voting to determine the comparative matrix, calculating weights, instead of the traditional ANP two comparative judgment matrix. Finally, in case of the enterprise actual situation, the algorithm and the example verification, Major decisions for the enterprise to provide the new train of thought and method of the analysis and judgment, have very strong maneuverability.
