As the state on accelerating the development of tourism by council put forward the importance to cultivate tourism as a strategic pillar industry for the national economy, the strategic position of tourism has been increasing. Through the perspective for the development of tourism in China, shopping occupies a small part in the tourism industry and the structure of the tourism industry is not reasonable at the same time, all those factors are the critical obstacle to the development of tourism. With the increasing of the economy, there is an increasing for shopping demand of the residents, the supply of the tourism market is not so sufficient simultaneously. While the number of the shopping scenic spot is too little to satisfy the diversity need of the tourists, the construction of shopping-type scenic spot is significant to the development of tourism. By the perspective of the tourism theory, the scholars has done some research that mainly about the shopping tourism in the city, the research content is mainly about the choosing behavior and the psychology characteristics of the shopping tourist. The research about the theory is lagged and it is essential and valuable to strengthen the research about the shopping scenic spot.Through the identification of the concept for shopping scenic spot, this dissertation has an analysis about the elements of the shopping type of the scenic spot. According to the research about the factors that affect the tourism destination, using the methodology of Delphi and AHP, this dissertation establish the evaluation factors that affect the development of shopping scenic spot, and then result in the weight of scenic spot, tourism and social-economic in the growing process of scenic spot. In the research, the dissertation takes the Clothing shopping-type scenic spot in Changshu City as an empirical analysis. With the basis on the scenic managers and the tourism practitioners of fuzzy evaluation, this dissertation proposes some optimization direction and some specific measures of improvement and some recommendation for its development.The dissertation shows that:â‘ Through the perspective of scenic spot, the mature and professional markets drive the development of regional shopping scenic spot, while from the tourism perspective, the shopping needs of the tourist and the requirement of regional tourism product to construct the shopping scenic spot, from the socio-economic level, policy support is essential to the growth of scenic spot.â‘¡through the comprehensive evaluation of shopping-type scenic spot in Changshu City, the dissertation states the marketing of the spot, the guide of regional tourist, satisfactory of the tourism demand of the market and the regional government support is the critical part of the optimization part in the scenic spot, In this regard, the main administrative committee should use the organizational mechanism and the policy to support its development. By coring in the shopping experience, enriching the tourism product, the scenic spot should strengthen tourism marketing with the support of modern technology and the perfect infrastructure, and the integrated resources to get direction of a complex tourism development.This dissertation mainly focus on the shopping scenic spot and try to build a growth factor evaluation and then explored the theoretical connotation type about the shopping scenic spot with combined with the shopping-type scenic spot of Changshu City as a empirical analysis to verify the scientific model and then propose some recommendation for the existing problems.
