Research On Quality Management System Of Quality Inspection In Zhejiang Province Based On Nonmetallic Material Testing

With the development of Marketing Economy Development and fierce competitiveness among the enterprises, the importance of quality for the enterprise is very obvious. The level of product quality is the great symbol whether it has core competence. If you want to become stronger, you should promote the quality of product and service on the basis of creativity improvement. Meanwhile the quality of product has relations with customers personal and property safety, it can also save much resource for the society. The low quality of product will have a disaster for the society. That requires a high requirement for test ability, test quality and efficiency. After we entered the WTO, the large scale test organization poured into China and competed with national test bodies fiercely. Compared with foreign test bodies matured system and great service, there is still a big gap among our labs. The great increment quantities of labs with large space of test level improvement. Our national lab need to build our own quality management system in accordance with international standards to promote our test level and service aiming to provide excellent test service.The Material test sample is the representative of wide life application. It will directly affect people’s life. The representative, validity, completeness, normative of material test samples will directly affect the preciseness and validity of the test result. So we should take management supervision and valid management for the samples collecting, receiving, transferring, storing, dealing, recognition and security.
