After decades’research of numerous experts and scholars and continuous improvement through real-life applications, sensor network based on wireless communication has become an important element in the promotion of rapidly evolving among human society. In modern wireless communication network, the random multi-channel access technology has been one of the key technologies. Therefore, the study of random multi-channel access technology for Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) is of great significance, which numerous scholars are unremitting efforts to study on.Based on the analysis of existing random multi-channel access, multi-channel technology, binary trees conflict resolution algorithm and adaptive technology, for the current deficiencies of sensor network in MAC protocol that higher network load decreased the system performance in throughput, the paper propose a new protocol based on the three-dimension probability CSMA protocol. The integration of a variety of techniques to enhance the wireless sensor networks performance in channel utilization, system throughput, reducing energy consumption particularly at higher load, and meeting requirements of a variety of business priorities. The introduction of multi-channel mechanism, in accordance with the higher priority traffic is allowed to own more channel resources, meetting with higher demand for Quality of Service (QoS) by the higher priority, taking the principle of fairness with different priorities into account when communicating in the same network.By joining the proposed protocol with binary trees conflict resolution algorithm, if collisions occur between the information packets in the channel, the next idle time slot in the channel will be used for the decomposition of the collisions, and the packets are retransmitted after decomposed, improving the channel utilization.Adaptive technology is introduced to solve the difficult problem that how to choose the value of p in three-dimension probability CSMA protocol. Linking the selection of p values with network load so that system is able to maintain a high value in throughput no matter in what kind of network environment. Finally, using the average cycle analysis method to analyses protocol modeling, the precise mathematical expressions of network performance parameters such as the system throughput, the priority level throughput, average latency, and average energy consumption are got.
