With the age of "Internet+" coming, mobile intelligent terminal device is in a booming, more traditional science and technology began to develop mobile platforms, at the same time, a variety of software is also growing that users demand for mobile internet. Spectrum technology is one of modern material composition detection technology which set modern electronic technology, computer technology and chemo metrics technology in together. Currently, the traditional spectral analysis software on the market are written based on the PC platform, you need to use a computer, portability and timeliness is very low. Therefore, it becomes necessary to research and development platform spectral processing software based on Android.This paper expand research and analysis on the Android platform and spectral processing and analysis technology, According to a core theoretical knowledge in spectral that various substances structures have their own characteristic spectral. Proposed to achieve spectral processing software system on the Android platform design and completion of this program, a spectral processing system based on the Android platform was proposed. The main contents follow as:(1) Understanding the spectral processing and analysis software at home and abroad by reading a lot of literature, analysis the need of the Android-based spectral processing and analysis software, according to the needs analysis, and then improve the function of the software.(2) Through market research, we understand all the spectra processing and analysis software on the market transmission spectral data through a dedicated data line. But this software is developed to run on the Android mobile platform, it requires the use of wireless transmission technology. Through study and research the Android platform wireless development, Bluetooth transmission of data was studied and researched in-depth.(3) Combining the Android mobile platform features and the spectral processing and analysis knowledge, design and complete the spectral processing and analysis software based on the Android platform in accordance with the needs analysis, achieved the function of Bluetooth data transmission, spectral acquisition, spectral image display, save and read data by sub module. Finally, install the software on Android mobile devices and test various functional, the test results show that it compliance with the basic software requirements.(4) To enhance the functionality of the software, describes the principle of principal component analysis and principal component analysis in the field of pattern recognition applications in Chapter IV. Presented a principal component analysis based on UV-visible spectrum, then combine diet cooking oil flooding, treating four oil UV-visible spectra by using principal component analysis, and then execute cluster analysis. Experimental results show that the use of a class of edible oil samples to establish the common features in the feature space reconstruction similar edible oil samples can be obtained minimal reconstruction error, when reconstruct other types of sample then the error will be larger, provide a theoretical basis for the future of intelligent software.
