The Design And Realization Of Environmental Administrative Punishment Information System

With the rapid development of internet, it has brought dramatically change to human’s life and work in the 21st century.Information and electronics make our life and job costs become cheaper and cheaper.In terms of administrative punishment,taking intoaccount the current administative punishment is almost in the stage of manual operation, not only inefficient,because of careless management flaws probably. Therefore,according to needs of the Environmental Protection Agency of DaLi, this environmental protection administrative penalties information system is designed to achieve office automation management,save management costs and increase the efficiency of MEP. This system is mainly for the administrative penalties department in EPA of Dali to monitor water quality,notice administrative punishment, manage punishment records,regulate enterprise information and load forms in enterprises, which can Facilitate environmental protection departments to establish a database of information meets their needs.In this paper,the Environmental Administrative Penalty system, using modern means to achieve the punishment process of the release and management. Users can log in this system according to their different identities.After EPA user logging in this system,they can monitor water enterprise quality,notice the punishmen, manage administrative punishment records,audit enterprise information and upload or download forms;After enterprise user logging in this system,they can inquiry penalty notices, view punishment records,manage the company’s information and download forms.The system provides real-time notification to the project management, which can reduce the workload of the simple duplication of staff.This article takes Myeclipse and Mysql database as a development platform. I use java language to write procedures to complete the data’s entry,modification, storage,call,query and other functions,and generate data tables using Mysql database for data storage,complete the comparison of water quality monitoring data,penalty notification,penalty records management,enterprise information management and form download or upload,which is tested to meet the functional requirements.
