The main content of virtual 3D synthesis is the real-time synthesis of real image and virtual 3D objects, scenes and animation.In order to make the virtual 3D synthetic application in arbitrary scenes rather than for virtual studio, as well as to improve the virtual scene and real scene combining visual experience and sense of reality, put forward a method for high precision real-time tracking and positioning of the video camera rocker system which based on multiple sensor fusion technology and electronic technology.A 3D kinematic model is established for the video camera rocker system,calculate the current attitude of the video camera rocker system according to the information collected by the sensor.Then sent to 3D rendering workstation after data compression.The software of 3D rendering workstation analyze the video camera rocker system’s attitude information.To realize the real-time synthesis of real image and virtual 3D objects, scenes and animation.In order to achieve high precision positioning of video camera attitude.The system based on the existing mechanical structure of the video camera rocker system,to research on sensor installation method,to realize the installation of multiple high precision sensors.Including the sensor and the camera lens are meshed by 3D printed gear,the structure can transmission camera lens zoom, focus changes.Complete the tilt and pan video camera sensor’s installation through coaxial interference fit installation method.Design of sensor data acquisition and processing module based on embedded chip,to realize the multi-sensor data acquisition and processing algorithm.Camera synchronization signal is analyzed to achieve data synchronous sending and receiving,to ensure the integrity of attitude data.The reliability of the hardware is analyzed and take corresponding measures.The plenty of test results show that the system can achieve data transmission synchronization(20ms) and precision gesture tracking accuracy can reach ±0.0002°Which decision the authenticity of the synthetic images, the system can work in a variety of environments and not limited to virtual studio, it also has high reliability and strong stability, meet the needs of the long-term work.
