Design And Development Of Information Supporting Platform For A Project Management Consulting Company In

In this paper the following management problems in practice of some Tianjin project management consulting company are focused:firstly, a huge number of documents, but without systematic classification, document retrieval and access difficulties; secondly, files scattered, file version updated frequently, not in a timely manner, often caused by errors in the work; thirdly, part of the files are of highly security, need to strengthen the safety management of documents; fourthly, in the project management staff changes frequently, but the staff information can not be timely feedback to the personnel department, the staff management confusion; fifthly, the company’s projects are scattered in various places, each project group staff have communication difficulties. Positions and members of the organization tree are of the many to many relationship, namely, each post can add more members and each member can body and a number of positions, to update the condition of employees who work in a timely manner, to achieve the dynamic management of company personnel. System also constructs the online exchange forum. The company of each project team staff can conduct online communication, solve technical problems, growth project experience.The information support platform operates on-line in a certain Tianjin project management consulting company, and has solved the company’s documents online query, retrieval and other management issues, while ensuring the security of confidential documents.
