With the rapid development of artificial intelligence, wireless sensor networks have attracted people’s attention. Moving target tracking is a very important research topic. WSNs have widely used in military, public transportation, wildlife monitoring and so on. Wireless sensor network is a data-centric network, so to collect the information generated by mobile targeting efficiently is very important. There are two crucial questions in information collection: first is to select the nodes that are responsible for collecting information, as well as to energy-efficient transfer the information to the sink. These two issues are the core of energy saving, this paper solves these problems from the following two aspects:1. A Voronoi diagram based tracking node selection algorithm in WSNs. The algorithm utilizes the properties of the Voronoi diagram to build a network model, and tracking on the network model. Choose sensor nodes whose location in the same grid with the target to participate in tracking and collect data. At the same time, also scheduling algorithm of nodes is proposed. Then we discuss the effects of each parameter on the network performance of the algorithm by experiment.2. A circular structure based target information collection algorithm in wireless sensor networks. The algorithm constructs dynamic circles structure by selecting backbone nodes. The algorithm further constructs the dependencies between backbone nodes and normal nodes to form the backbone path. Based on which, the target location information is processed and forwarded in network before sent to the sink. Finally, a series simulation experiments are made to analyze the effect of various parameters on the algorithm.
