Research And Analysis On Recruitment Management System Of Dongguan Power Supply Bureau

This paper introduces the Dongguan power grid enterprise recruitment system research background, its significance and the current situation of research and application. In the paper the research subject and main work content is clarified. In business analysis, the paper analyzes organizational structure, flow of management and its problems and brought the suggestion to deal with them, establishing the foundation of structuring the enterprise recruitment system; In the functional analysis, application analysis and description, pack diagram and pack diagram of sub function draw forth the system function.
