Research And Analysis On The Registration System Of Grade Examination For Tourism And Culture College Of Yunnan University

With the continuous development of higher education, every year more than ten thousands students participate in different examination organized by our college. The examination management work is very much. There are many shortcomings in the traditional manual management methods, such as inaccurate registration data, long registration time, etc., In order to simplify the application procedures, improve efficiency, reduce labor intensity and make convenience for exam candidates, it is necessary to carry out related management information system construction.In order to facilitate the practical needs of candidate registration and examination affairs, this paper designs an online examination registration system for Tourism and Culture College of Yunnan University. It analyzes insufficiency in grade exam registration management, and gradually improves the system and provides references for school decision makers and manager, thus achieving objective, accurate and efficient management of the exam registration, and promoting scientific and regularized school management. By first introducing the research background, significance and current research projects and application of grade exam registration management system, the paper makes clear contents and main work; Then in business analysis, the paper analyzes the problems, organization, existing business processes of the system, gives the business processes after transformation; and in the functional analysis, through case analysis and case description, the paper makes clear the function of the system, gives the overall function package diagram and sub-function package diagrams of the system, including the nine sub package diagrams:basic data management, grade exam registration round management, grade exam registration object management, exam registration management, examination fee management, exam outcome management, exam discipline management, statistical inquiry and system management. While in the data analysis, the paper analyzes the data that each system function needs to address, and gives the entity class diagram, establishes the database table structure. Finally the paper summarizes the research and analysis, and future work is prospected.
