Research And Analysis On Enterprise Foreign Trade Document Certification Management System

With the development of the global economy integration, the exchange of international trade is more and more. There are a lot of document authentication support in the process of foreign trade for enterprises, so the international trade-related document authentication system gets more and more attention. In this context, this paper does research and analysis of the commonly used foreign trade enterprise document certification and management system.This article is main to have analysis and research for the foreign trade enterprise document certification and management system. Firstly, it analyses the era background of document certification, get an overview of document certification problems, and the significance and importance of research. Secondly, it proposes the content of this paper is to develop a foreign trade enterprise document certification and management system from the domestic status analysis of document certification and management system. Then carry out detailed analysis of three aspects:business analysis, functional analysis, and data analysis. In business analysis, it uses the UML activity diagrams to sign for business process analysis and optimization, so that it can clear the system flow; in functional data analysis, it uses the UML use case diagrams and package diagrams to sign for functional use case analysis, adds the computer operations, refines business processes and has dynamic modeling; In the data analysis, it uses the UML thumbnails diagrams and entity class diagram to sign for the relationship analysis of data, gets the clear relationship with the cases and the establishment of information tables and databases, realizes the data flow transparency. Finally, it has summary and outlook, in order to better improve the foreign trade enterprise document certification and management system. The system design provides five functions:Business registration management, certificate application management, certificate issued management, basic data management and system management. Including certificate issued management, it has origin certificate issued management, foreign trade documents authentication management, international business certificate management and a blank certificate management.
