Research And Analysis Of Event Information Management System In Police Station

In this paper, the researched and analyzed Case & Event Information Management system used in Houjie Branch of Dongguan Public Security Bureau is the inevitable development trend of information technology. For the Case & Event Management system in grassroots police station, there should be a information management system including rapid response mechanism of alarming and action, clear case and event classification, systematic approach and statistical analysis features.This Paper firstly introduce the project background, research objective and current status of similar systems to describe the main content and work of this paper. The core parts of this paper are detailed business analysis, functional analysis and data analysis hierarchically. In the business analysis part, the paper analyzes the existing business processes and organizations for restructuring and optimization of the issues found. In the functional analysis part, the paper describes clearly the various functional modules by drawing user case diagrams. Also the paper describes the given the overall function of the system and sub-function diagram package, including alarming management, criminal case management, administrative case management, event management, approval management, system management, etc. In the data analysis part, the paper analyzes the data need to be process by each module and draws the system function thumbnails and entity class diagrams, establishes the corresponding database table structures. At the end, the paper summarizes the research and analysis, and also prospects the future work.
