At present, the study of dry-type transformer coil with subsection and layer windings is in the gap phase of the study at home and abroad. However, the defects and weaknesses of insulation of the coils are inevitable in the design of manufacturing process, and the harm is very serious. Therefore, this article from the perspective of computer simulation determines the transient model of the dry-type transformer coil with subsection and layer windings. This model is applicable to the calculation and the study of partial discharge location of wave process of dry-type transformer coil with subsection and layer windings. In this paper, are as follows:On the base of checking a large number of Chinese and English literatures, According to the structure of winding, lumped parameter component are a coil unit equivalent and circuit model of the coil is established, the transient model is constructed; the capacitors, inductors, resistors, and other related parameters of components are solved.There are different methods from traditional method. The equivalent circuit of dry-type transformer windings with subsection and layer windings for the calculation of the wave process is set , circuit simulation of the model is set,Clear expressly the effect of the dry-type transformer windings equivalent components of the various parameters on the transient process of the coil. And compare the equivalent circuit in the resistance and no resistance when the voltage changes in each node.According to the linear time-invariant characteristics and transfer function theory, the voltage transfer function is calculated for the dry-type transformer with subsection and layer windings. The transfer function is fitted with rational functions by vector fitting.Based on the theory of transfer function, the electrical positioning methods is determined and the transmission characteristic curve of the coil is calculated, providing a theoretical basis, the point of failure is determined.
