| Bearing, one of the basic mechanical components, plays a very important role in society production and livelihood. The modern equipment becomes more and more complex in constitution and large-scale in shape. So when bearing breaks down, it will leave great impact on the entire device. With the technology advancing, bearing becomes higher in reliability and enjoys a longer life. The conventional life test of bearing is no longer suitable. So it is necessary and important to make a study in accelerated life test.Taking the cooperation with Hang Zhou Bearing Test and Research Center as its background, this thesis aims to carry out an accelerated life test. Based on the theories of bearing life and BP neural network, the author tries to design a bearing life test machine with PLC as its controller and make an analysis on its test data.The main contents of this thesis include:1. Explaining the bearing life theory, studying the related theories of accelerated life test (ALT), and analyzing the principles and methods of ALT.2. Explaining the principles of the BP neural network, and employing the BP neural network to set up the bearing-life prediction model.3. Designing the bearing accelerated life test system with PLC as its controller, in order to reach the achievement of automation and monitoring in the accelerated life test.4. Carring out accelerated life testing on the choosed bearing, and predicting its accelerated life prediction and verification through the established BP network. |
