In this paper, multi-motor synchronous control ships will encounter delays and the impact of load torque disturbance problem, abstracted from these two problems and propose solutions to these problems.First summarize research status and synchronization delay control of the delay theory and quantitative research, and to determine how changes in the scope of the abstract delay and simulation results on the motor control may have caused these conclusions for actual system designs guiding role.Then on fuzzy PID control, fuzzy PID control method is given to the motor control. The simulation results show that the fuzzy PID control method in the control performance is superior to conventional PID control; and research methods synchronous motor control, combined with the advantages of the master-slave control, concurrency control, cross-coupling control, deviation control coupling methods such as taking each method, improved coupling bias control scheme, simulation to determine the merits of this approach, but also put forward to improve the synchronization performance requirements on accuracy. For relational systems load disturbance torque characteristics and performance of the system synchronization, offset compensation based on the deviation of the coupling control loop, the torque offset compensation loop design and the introduction of the final system, synchronization performance significantly improved synchronization control scheme is completed.In order to verify the role of fuzzy PID controller and offset compensation loop approach based on four synchronous motor control, observe the simulation results may vary if you can solve the delay problem and load torque disturba nce in the synchronization control problems encountered, and achieved the desired synchronization performance results validate the use of fuzzy PID control in the correctness and feasibility of the deviation coupling controller.
