In recent years,for the construction of intelligent power grids,and respond to natural disasters and other external factors that damage the power system,the task of power supplies and transportation is heavy and grim,quick response and instant deployment power supplies become the primary task of construction and restoration of the power grid system.At present,in order to enhance the material distribution management,the response speed and control capacity,improve the efficency of materials management,change the situation like that: the operations of grid power supply system are sluggish,storage resource utilization is not high,poor coordination among departments,poor spatial data management and guarantee flexibility and other issues,the establishment of intensive power capital allocation system is necessary.The supply and transportaton management of electric power supplies play an important role in the management of material intensive management.In the background of the information intensive construction of electric power enterprise, based on the analysis of electric power material distribution and geographic information system,combined with mobile GPS positioning,WebGIS,Websocket and wireless communication technology,this paper design the electric power material allocation system based on WebGIS.The deployment of materail,involving two aspects,respectively,is the material distribution and scheduling.In this paper, focusing on the monitoring and GPS positioning of transport vehicles.Using GPS positoning technology for real-time positioning of the vehicle,to ensure safty and timely of power materials can be arrived at the construction site.In order to ensure the server can be sent the location data to client in real-time and correctly,using the websocket technology to estabish the message channel between the server and client,on the basis of websocket technology,the paper design the server architecture,and to achieve the server-side data storage and process,android client trajectory acquisition system and web front-end display.Finally,test on the entire system.
