Along with the rapid development of construction industry, a large number of buildings to also rapid development and expansion of activity, the resulting construction waste, causing environmental pollution, ecological destruction and the waste of resources. So will waste building materials to be recycled, can reduce the pressure on resources and environment, and conform to the requirements of the green building materials, has the research significance, is the inevitable trend of the green building development.Waste building materials as the research object in this paper, the rec ycling of recycled aggregates has carried on the deep discussion and research. Regeneration aggregate can be determined through the experiment of apparent density, water absorption and crushing index such as the physical and mechanical performance index, a nd compared with natural aggregate analysis, the results show that the recycled aggregates all the indexes can meet the requirements of coarse aggregate of concrete configuration.In order to analyses the influence of recycled aggregate mortar for concrete strength, the article analyzes three different strength of concrete, the mixed with different proportions of recycled aggregates were cube compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, bending strength test research, experimental results show that wit h the increase of recycled aggregates, the cube compressive strength of concrete as a whole is on the decline; Splitting tensile strength as a whole is on the rise; Smaller flexural strength changes. In order to further study the deformation behavior of recycled concrete, the stress-strain curve experiment was designed in this paper, we study plan, analyzing the test results are: with the increase of recycled aggregates, the peak stress and peak strain decreases, and the elastic modulus decreases.In order to further improve the mechanical properties of recycled concrete, this article selects is widely used in engineering practice of C30 concrete as the research object, the shear steel fibers mixed with different volume fraction of cube compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, bending strength and the experimental study on the stress- strain curve, studies have shown that: the soil cube compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, bending strength increased with the increase of the steel fiber reinforced mortar; Stress-strain curve test show that with the increase of steel fiber reinforced mortar, the peak stress and peak strain, elastic modulus increase.Above all: waste building materials can be recycled again, and the dosage of various kinds of recycled aggregate concrete decreases a label after grade can meet the requirements of strength, deformation, and the recycled concrete with steel fiber after its strength and deformation can get improved significantly, can meet the requirements of stre ngth, deformation, can be applied in engineering practice.
