| In recent years, there is a rapid development in the new energy industry, in which lithium-ion battery plays a pivotal role.In this thesis, the main object of study is the lithium-ion battery,with the analysis of the composition of the lithium-ion battery, performance characteristics, and combine of the experiment data, a more reasonable multi-parameter integrated battery evaluation system has been established based on the cell, module and pack. A lithium-ion battery test system and lithium-ion battery Evaluation Software also has been design and built, which we can use to verify the battery evaluation system.This paper analyzes the structural principle and performance characteristics of lithium-ion batteries. And lithium-ion battery’s capacity,energy, power is proposed as general evaluation parameters for cell, module and pack,energy. The evaluation parameters also include low-temperature performance of the battery pack, the cell ohmic resistance characteristics and inconsistency evaluation.The second section describes a method of testing the battery. Lithium-ion battery testing system is composed of cells testing subsystem, module testing subsystem and pack testing subsystem. Each testing subsystem is composed of a corresponding power level charge and discharge motor, information collection module and PC software. Information collection module have functions as data acquisition and CAN communication, and PC software accepts data, parse it as well as storage it.Finally, it illustrates a method of evaluation of the lithium-ion battery, and the evaluation of the lithium-ion battery is based on the lithium-ion battery evaluation system. In this section, there is a the preparation of lithium-ion battery evaluation software whose main function is dealing with the experimental data, analysis and calculation of evaluation items, rating each evaluation items according to user expectations, Finally, giving a comprehensive evaluation report for the lithium-ion batteries. |
