In recent years, wind power curtailment problems has become increasingly serious in Northeast China, mainly due to the restrictive relationship of heat-electrical of the heating unit and the "power determined by heat" mode significantly reduces its peak regulation capacity during the heating period, occupied wind power space. In Northeast China, urban heating based on the large cogeneration district heating, urban heating networks and heating building have excellent thermal insulation performance and high thermal inertia, which are huge heat storage system, therefore, during the heating period, it is feasible to reduce the output of heating unit appropriately with the premise of ensuring heating, to enhance the peaking capacity of heating unit and provide space for wind power utilization. This paper studied the dynamic heat characteristics of heating building when heating unit reduced the heat output, analysised the feasibility of heating regulation by using the heat storage performance of building envelope.First this paper established the dynamic thermal process mathematical model of heating building based on the lumped heat capacity, writed a program that can calculate hourly value of indoor air temperature under the influence of a variety of disturbances by using Matlab language, and verified rationality of the model by comparing the measured data and simulation results.Established building users-group model in considering the heat transfer between users, which can be solved simultaneously with multi-room.According to the statistics of Changchun existing residential building energy-saving situation, classified the typical heating buildings, presented each class representative building envelope structure, calculated indoor temperature value in different heating conditions, compared and analysised the difference of indoor temperature change law between different types of buildings and different locations room in the same building.On the basis of building user-group model, established building model that can reflect building’s overall temperature variation in variable heating conditions, calculated building temperature change in different heating period and different heating conditions, analysised the influence of heat storage performance of building envelope and thermal insulation form on the building temperature changes.
