| More and more attention has been paid to the synergistic development of the new energy industry and higher engineering education. Higher engineering education is the most direct talent protection of the new energy industry. It is the basic soil of the development of new energy industry, and also the strength and core competitiveness of new energy industry enterprises. Scientific research of higher engineering education is beneficial to promote the technological innovation of new energy industry. Relatively speaking, the development of new energy industry and the driving effect will help the innovation of scientific research in higher engineering education, and broad its international vision and so on. If the higher engineering education and the new energy industry can work together, they can play the role of "magnetic field effect". It is important that exploring the mechanism of the cooperative development of the two systems, and revealing the law of the cooperative development of them will promote the integration and development of higher engineering education and the new energy industry.Based on the reading of higher engineering education theory, theory of industrial development, spatial structure theory and a large number of domestic and foreign research literature, relevant data are collectted, and the development of new energy sub industry in next stage, and discipline, specialty structure and present situation of higher engineering education are analyzed.Using the Gini coefficient and location quotient method, the space of China’s new energy industry agglomeration level and its provincial gap, spatial correlation, temporal and spatial evolution are analyzed, and higher engineering education innovation output capacity of agglomeration level of colleges and its correlation are confirmed.In the field of new energy, in addition, a comparison that the output ability of innovation agglomeration degree in the colleges with respect to enterprise has been done.In the fourth chapter, Grounded Analysis of qualitative research methods and Nvivo11.0 software are used to code and analyze interview data from experts in colleges and enterprises. The theoretical model, from the bottom to the top, that describe the influence factors between the new energy industry and higher engineering education collaborative development was established.The model points out that the influence factors of higher engineering education and the development of new energy industry are involved in four categories and 14 concepts, such as colleges, new energy enterprises, national government and engineering talents. The key to the synergy of the colleges and the new energy enterprises lies in the training of engineering technical personnel and the matching degree of knowledge, skills and quality. The questionnaire and new energy enterprises survey are designed, and the quality of the engineering and technical talents are divided into knowledge dimension, capacity dimension and quality dimension. The aim of this chapter whether the cognition of knowledge, ability and quality in the process of engineering talents training in Colleges is consistent with the social needs or not.Based on these results, the study use SPSS17.0 statistical software respectively to analysis the surveied data of 50 colleges and universities and 50 new energy enterprise. The empirical results show that, supply and demand of engineering talents have significant differences in new energy enterprises and Higher Engineering College. Especially there are obvious differences in the requirements of quality system in the engineering and technical personnel.During the training and usage of engineering and technical personnel, it also exist a series of problems.Establishment of cooperative and synergy and response mechanism is based on these empirical analysis results. It is aim that clarifing the internal influence mechanism between the new energy industry and the higher engineering education in the fifth chapter of this study. From government, new energy enterprises, higher engineering colleges, the synergy and response mechanism that higher engineering education collaborate with new energy industry was designed, the government is asked to guide the virtuous interaction between universities and industry in this study. New energy enterprise and university cooperate in running schools, strengthening technological innovation. According to the needs of social development and industrial, higher engineering education train engineering talents. In addition, the higher engineering education structure and layout adjustment and stakeholders should do the duty presents corresponding docking advantage strategy, and determine the implementing scheme of the docking principle, basic train of thought and the aim, as well as the main measures. In with the social demand oriented, with personnel training rules, new energy industry and higher engineering education adapt to the principle, and built the high tech distance education system that adapted to the new energy industry in the need of the social economy and the level of regional economic development, and the upgrading of the industrial structure adjustment.According to the successful experience in the development of higher engineering education and new energy industry in American and German, the innovative talents training mode of higher engineering education in C hina is preliminary designed, and the corresponding policy is put forward from four aspects, namely: creating a "double-professionally- titled teachers" and a combination of "full- time and part-time" teaching team, optimizing the curriculum settings and structure of teaching content, strengthening links between universities and enterprises, realizing the joint training engineering and technical personnel with university and enterprise, playing the main role of the students, and strengthening international exchanges and cooperation. |
