China is a country with a large number of thermal power generation。Meanwhile,coal combustion could produce large amounts of carbon dioxide and other harmful substances, resulting insevere environmental pollution. Ultra(ultra) critical thermal power technology has greatly improved the thermal power conversion efficiency 。 As one of the important components of the unit of the ultra(ultra) critical fire motor,the key technology research on high discharge check valve plays an very important role in its development. This is of great significance to increase the power supply capacity of our country.High discharge check valve, also known as swing check valve. The state of opening and closing of the valve is determined by the flow of the medium. The main function of the high check valve is to prevent the flow of fluid in the valve body. In an emergency, the valve needs to be closed in the 0.5s, to avoid the media back to the valve and other equipment damage. And the valve has a small working conditions in the valve will be the problem of tremor. In addition, the valve in the case of small flow,would have the issue of the value tremor. Based on the conditions above, This paper firstly compare the flow field characteristics of high discharge check valve at bothnormal temperature and high temperature.then, the stress of valve in the flow field characteristics was analyzed.First, we establish a three-dimensional physical model according to the size of the high discharge check valve using SolidWorks software. Second, grid division is made by tetrahedral structure with the help of FAMBIT. Third,we make internal flow field simulation by k-?turbulence model in FLUEN softwareunder two conditions of high temperature and normal temperature. As a result,we obtain the pressure distribution of the high discharge check valve at different open value,and the velocity vector diagram and vortex intensity map inside the value. We could learn that the pressure loss of the valve decreases with the increase of valve opening; under normal temperature and high temperature,there is no obvious difference between the pressure field and velocity vector field, But vortex strength at room temperature is smaller than at high temperature. Then, the flow field results obtained from the analysis are loaded into the ANSYS finite element model. It shows that the valve in less opening get greater force. Finally, Strength check is madeaccording to the structure of the valve material properties,verifying the safety of the valve.Aiming at the problems in the valve working condition, some optimization problems are put forward. Eventually, we finish figuring out the parameters of the cylinder to achieve the quick closing of the valve.
