| Infill walls of external wall is an an important part of the envelope structure of frame builing, and its thermal performance will directly affect the building’s energy consumption.How to make the wall structure more suit different climate is the focus of this paper. Research on energy-saving suitability of self-insulation wall in different zone is very few. In view of this, research on application of self-insulation energy-saving infill wall in different climate zone has an important significance.Firstly, the paper introduces Chinese climate zone and weather conditions, and the influence of climate on buiding simulation in different place. Then it analyzes the influence of thermal comfort and heat balance factors from the perspective of human thermal equilibrium,and indoor environmental factors on indoor thermal environment. It shows that self-insulation wall has more advantage than other two wall heat preservation. Summarizes the requirements of energy-saving design in different climate zones. Calculating minimum material thickness required to meet energy-saving requirement according to climate zone facades heat transfer coefficient value by the size of materials. Then proposes different self-insulation energy-saving wall construction programs, checks the thermal inertia index, get some kinds of wall construction design to meet energy-saving requirements. In order to compare the energy saving effect, use Tsinghua DeST energy analysis soft, focus on room temperature and heating load and cooling load of different self- insulation wall buiding, as well as the heat transfer coefficient the impact on the building loads and energy-saving effect, thermal inertia index and other parameters change.The results shows that: in severe cold and cold climates, using different thickness autoclaved aerated concrete block structure with insulation material as a framework for building energy-saving wall insulation materials can meet the appropriate standards and buiding load will decrease by the inrease of insulation material. In hot summer and cold winter climate zone and the hot summer and warm winter climate zone, using autoclavedaerated concrete blocks, hollow blocks and saving shale ceramsite concrete hollow blocks,corresponding to meet energy efficiency standards, and the building load need both consider K and D. Studies show that in the hot summer and cold winter zone, self-insulation wall is the most appropriate, the insulation material can be used more.In summary, the energy-saving self-insulation infill wall is a good energy-saving building envelope, and it can be used widely in all types of frame structure buildings, its research will provide a more broad application prospects for future energy-saving buildings. |
