Abstract/Summary:
The running process of high-speed EMU is a complex time-varying nonlinear dynamic system. With the high-speed EMU running faster and faster, the nonlinear process is more severe, and the traditional control method for the middle and low speed trains can not describe the dynamic process of high-speed EMU. Therefore, it is very important to study the effective control algorithm of high-speed EMU in the dynamic operating environment, which makes it safe, stable and efficient operation under the control of the controller designed by the effective control algorithm. The specific research of this paper is as follows:1. According to the operation process of the high-speed EMU, the two methods of simple particle modeling and multi particle distributed modeling are separately introduced in this paper, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods. According to the model parameters of high-speed EMU operation process own characteristics of time-varying,a dual adaptive generalized predictive control method which contains adaptive modeling and synchronous tuning controller parameters capabilities is proposed. A controller is designed by using this method to track control the speed of the high-speed EMU. We first use recursive least squares method to identify the model parameters of train operation process in real time.Then according to the model parameter adaptive modeling and calculation of controller tuning parameters, and then we calculate the high-speed train applied traction/braking force. The supervision mechanism is designed to ensure controller stability. High-speed train for a given speed high precision tracking is achieved. The simulation results show that the dual adaptive generalized predictive controller can ensure the train running safely and steadily in the face of unknown disturbance, and its control effect is better than that of the single adaptive controller.2. Considering high-speed EMU is composed by the several power unit, based on the dual adaptive generalized predictive controller, combined with multivariable generalized predictive control algorithm, we design the multivariable generalized predictive controller with dual adaptation method for high-speed EMU. we first employ the recursive least squares method to to identify model parameters of each power unit in real time, then according to the model parameters of each power unit adaptive modeling and calculation of controller tuning parameters, and design the monitoring unit to ensure controller stable achievement. The simulation results on the actual CRH380 A high-speed EMU show that the designed controller has a high precision tracking ability for a given speed curve, and its tracking effect is better than the traditional PID and other controllers.The research work of this paper has some theoretical significance on the realization of high speed EMU safety, comfort and punctuality operation. At the same time, it provides a reference for the further control of automatic train operation(ATO).
