The density of the highway and railway becomes bigger and bigger with the rapid development of national economy, it’s becoming much more common that the new-building highway and the existing railway meet cross. To ensure safe operation, the builder generally designs the highway under-going through the existing railway with frame culvert jacking method. Based on Changli Highway under-going through Xihuan Railway using frame culvert jacking method, this thesis first studies construction plan of frame culvert jacking method; then analyses strengthening methods, strengthening structural deformation and project safety risk with the help of numerical analysis software, mathematical computing software and monitoring instruments; in the end, this thesis test the result with monitored data, in order to form a complete design of frame culvert, a risk assessment design, and a construction system.(1) In the analysis of frame culvert jacking design data base, combine the frame culvert construction scheme and geological conditions, designed the Chang Li highway underpass Nanchang West Railway frame Culvert Jacking in subgrade construction deformation monitoring scheme.(2) Using Midas GTS numerical software for analysis Type D beam reinforcement structure under the dynamic load of train of reinforced structure deformation, dynamic response and safety were discussed, and the design parameters are optimized.(3) In the screening effect of the construction of the project safety risk factors based on, through the comparison of various security risk analysis methods, combined with the actual characteristics of the project, established the framework of culvert underpass Nanchang West Railway support vector machine(SVM) risk analysis model;(4) Using this model to analyze the risk of the railway project of Chang Li expressway, it shows that the project risk value is 0.37, the risk is low, and the construction safety is better. Compared with the field deformation monitoring results, the risk results are proved to be reliable, which can provide the basis for similar projects in the future.
