Research On Hardware System Of Intelligent Pole-mounted Switch Controller Based On Embedded Operating System

The development of domestic and foreign pole-mounted switch was investigated and the design standards of pole-mounted switch product were analyzed in this paper. By designing the hardware system of pole-mounted switch, a high-performance general-purpose intelligent pole-mounted switch controller based on embedded Linux operating system was researched.To meet the different types of pole-mounted switch(load switch, circuit breaker) under control requirements in different applications, a common modular hardware design method was used in this controller. The pole-mounted switch function classification was based on the structure of the pole-mounted switchgear hardware to design the overall framework, and presented to the ARM chip S3C2440 as the core CPU architecture, while analyzed and designed the controller data acquisition module, digital input and output module, human-machine interface module, communication module and power module.By designing the hardware circuit module, the controller can be realized IEC61850-5-101 communication Statute, and "four remote" remote online configuration and control software upgrades online updates and other functions, and it can be flexibly configured with different relay, effectively reducing the medium voltage distribution systems spare parts pole-mounted switch controller redundancy, improve asset utilization, reduce the difficulty of equipment upgrades and replacement costs.For the long-term stable outdoor operation, this controller product is in strictly accordance with national standards GB/T17626 and distribution automation industry standard DL/T 721-2013 to conduct prototype case design and EMC design, and then the design principle of PCB and EMC design method was proposed. Finally, a prototype which passed the EMC test was designed and produced, it can meet the requirements of the relevant standards.
