With the rapid development of the bridge engineering in our country, static load test has been widely used in engineering construction. In the construction of high-speed railway bridge in our country, the torsional stiffness and bending stiffness are the application advantages of prestressed concrete beams,it has the characteristics of simple force and easy to post-maintenance. It requires the static load test to test whether the beam can meet the design requirements, the static load test device must be designed in order to ensure the safety and quality. Compared with the static load test of precast beam, cast-in-place beam are lack of static load test device and method.For railway cast-in-place beam to study the problem of static load test, on the basis of referring the precast beam static test device, puts forward the pier reaction from balance loading system, focusing on deck and concrete-filled two schemes are studied. This article mainly rounded shape is commonly used as a reference, gravity piers were completed loading device selection and design, promote the use of universal bar truss as loading reaction beam, steel hoop force balance on the large tonnage, optimized the reaction contact steel hoop truss structure, through the lift frame anchor box pass jack to the counterforce truss force steel hoop, has the advantages of power transmission structure clear, concise, solved the large-tonnage counterforce relay node design difficult technical problems of construction. It has promotional value in engineering applications.
