In the interval construction from Jinxiang to Xiangban Station in the No. 6 tender part of No. 2 Fuzhou Subway Line the shield machine is going to being used. The tunnel strata are mainly silt soil soft soil layer, the engineering geological and hydro conditions of which are complex.The shield machine needs through many buildings and wears the Minjiang during the entire interval. There are many uncertain factors and high interference in the construction and the construction management process is complicated.This paper attempts to comprehensively use the BIM virtual optimization techniques,BP neural network,GM(1,1) and the "Hain rules" in the shield tunnel construction process,develop and apply BIM dynamic management software to manage the construction progress and safety across Minjiang interval construction, improving the control level of subway construction and the social and economic benefits of subway engineering.Mainly including: firstly to establish the static target of river-crossing shield interval construction control system.Before construction, according to characteristics of the project and technical requirements to choose appropriate shield machine.Widely collect data about completed projects of shield construction, using BP neural network and GM(1,1) and "Hain rules" to estimate and determine the static target of progress and security management system about the interval.Secondly to build the BIM dynamic target management system of shield river-crossing construction.Mainly including: tracking and collecting actual data of construction,according to the theory and method of the static target management system and comparing the actual data with the planning target,discover problems,analyze reasons,do measures,build and continuously updated database. Cycle optimization, to eliminate the hidden danger and signs of progress and security management in the germination period,to achieve the goal of progress, safety management.Finally to develop and apply the BIM dynamic management software. Through the visual model and dynamic construction process information about emphases and difficulties in the process of building construction to project managers to intuitive visual regulation of the whole construction process at all levels.Through practically applying the above system and simulation running the BIM software, not only can offer the layers of management science frontiers of decision-making platform and way to regulate the whole construction process,but also can accord the visualization system to make decision for the next phase of the progress,to deal with the focus problems and control counter measures be clear at a glance,thus greatly enhance the efficiency and level of subway construction management.
