| The matching of the pilot valve and multi-way valve is a prerequisite for the pilot control in the engineering machinery. the effective control, performance, comfort depends on the operation of the bulldozer between multi way valve and pilot valve, pilot valve working device fretting performance rate.In this paper, Based on hydraulic pilot control system of a certain bulldozer actuator and the principle of the pilot control system, studing the matching between the multi way valve and pilot valve through theoretical analysis, simulation modeling and experimental research done, and the optimization design was put forward.Basing on the previous research results, we analyze the matching relationship between the pilot valve and multi-way valve and put forward the characteristics and requirements of the pilot system, the parameters that influence the hydraulic pilot control system are summarized from two aspects of static and dynamic, and determine the optimal parameters of the final.The simulation model of bulldozer working device of multi valve pilot system is built, and the initial characteristics of the multi way valve and pilot valve are analyzed by simulation.The simulation analysis of the pilot valve spool displacement and pressure output curve, the pilot valve output pressure and multiway valve spool displacement curve, multi valve flow and multi way valve spool displacement curve, finally the relationship that the pilot valve spool displacement and flow is concluded, The optimization match that multi valve pilot system is carried out by using MATlab and AMESim, according to the matching characteristics of requirements.The correctness of the theoretical analysis is verified by bench experiments, and on this basis, through comparing the actual matching performance before and after optimization, and final confirmation of the feasibility of the optimization results. |
