Double-stator hydraulic motor can get several proportional output speeds by combining inside motor and outside motor of double-stator hydraulic motor. The ratio of the displacement of outside motor to inside motor determines the proportion of output speed, and the displacement of outside motor and inside motor determines the output torque values. This paper mainly analyses the displacement of single-action double-stator vane motor and the ratio of the displacement of outside motor to inside motor.The double-stator motor is different from common vane motor, the ordinary design data is not fit for it, so we must analyses the structure of double-stator motor for mechanics, and arrange bearings accordingly. Then we are able to approximate the displacement and its ratio of double-stator motor.Firstly, we introduce the structure of single-action double-stator motor, list main size parameters and analysis the relationship between them. Under the condition of friction couple and flow path space, make definite the formula of the size initially and derive formulas of the displacement and its ratio. Secondly, introduce the vane structure, including integral slider vane and double-roller slider vane. Refer to the design data of common vane pump, discuss contact stress between vane and rotor, and stators, to make sure of the vane thickness and the roller diameter. According to wear estimation method of sliding friction pairs between worm wheel and worm bar, verify the level of roller wear, and provide certain basis for roller life. Again, analysis the rotor for mechanics, make sure of the width of rotor and vane. Analysis trapezoid block for mechanics, and explain each rotor size parameter’s influence on trapezoid block strength, verify theoretical analysis with using the software ANSYS. Because double-stator structure is special, the load of bearing is serious, discuss various kinds of bearings arrangement for lifetime and define a kind of reasonable bearings arrangement. Rotor bends deformation under radial force. Due to fixed clearance for sealing up end face to reduce leakage, large deflection of rotor cause partial wear between rotor and stator, it ‘s necessary to calculate the deflection of rotor. Another end face use elastic side plate, it’s also necessary to calculate the deflection of free end face of trapezoid block. Finally, after having analyzed main structure above all, it’s possible to give the result on the value of displacement and its ratio of single-action double-stator motor.This paper mainly analyses key structure of single-action double-stator motor for mechanics, define the size of key structure and compute displacement and its ratio of the motor. Theoretical analysis is mainly carried out, and design data is justified. This provides certain basis for better improvement. Part of analyses can be also used in double-action double-stator motor.
