With modern advances in scientific and technological level, the mechanical structure of the system have become increasingly demanding. Faced with increasingly complex mechanical structure of the system that determines the reliability becomes an important task. Although China’s increasing emphasis on mechanical reliability, but there is a considerable gap compared to the level of reliability of the design of machinery and the international advanced level products, which has restricted the rapid development of China’s machinery industry bottlenecks. Explicit structure of the system is simple to use mechanical structure reliability analysis method could not meet the requirements of a modern system accuracy level, currently based on CAE technology for reliability analysis are still some problems need to be resolved, such as the sampling and more complicated to solve, not the calculation result accurate and so on. The main research work of this article include as the following:1. For the modern large-scale complex mechanical structure of the system, the paper virtual reliability tests, find save time, reduce costs, and effective method accuracy and efficiency can be improved. For complex structure of the system, based on CAE technology, trying to find a low-cost, and efficient and accurate calculation method for reliability- that is, the virtual machine reliability test methods.2. Because of the complex structure of the system generally could not use the exact explicit formula to express, so this discrete output response obtained by the system architecture based on implicit iterative algorithm CAE technology, and then through the discrete data points distribution test or response surface fitting equation of state by the control factors, and ultimately to establish a high fitting accuracy limit state equations were calculated reliability and reliability sensitivity analysis.3. For nonlinear structural system, according to Taylor formula sample linear equation of state near the commencement of the sampling step is determined based on reliability sensitivity analysis method between partitions sampling structure, when extracting the sample points based on the intermediate value theorem repeatedly of sub-sampling step, to find a new sampling points were checking several iterations to find the point of the system to meet the design requirements of precision, using checking point method to obtain reliability sensitivity weakly nonlinear system architecture, based on a sample and calculating its path corresponding sensitivity, so that the calculation is simple, improve the accuracy and efficiency.
