High-voltage switch is an important protection and control equipment in power system which has the most frequent electrical and mechanical actions in substations. If some high-voltage switch break down in the work process it will cause accident in the power system and great economic losses for the country and people. The practice proved that the online monitoring of high-voltage switch will effectively ensure the security of power network, and provides a possibility for predictive repair of the high-voltage switch, at the same time it is an important supplement and updated development to the traditional offline preventive maintenance.High-voltage switch action generates vibration signal can reflect the mechanical properties of high-voltage switch, because of its noninvasive collection way, makes it more likely to collect accurate data, the application foreground is very wide. Some information are included in the vibration signals of switching off or switching on of high-voltage switch, paper will give analysis on vibration signals of high-voltage switch, it is one of effective manners to test mechanical characteristic of high-voltage switch and find hidden trouble of equipment.Due to the noise in the vibration signal of high-voltage switch,therefore we need to do denoising for it. In recent years, in the related fields of signal denoising techniques, the wavelet denoising technique has attracted more and more attention. For this reason a new method to analyze vibration signals of high-voltage switch is proposed, which is based on the lifting wavelet denoising of vibration signal, then extract the feature time point for mechanical properties testing. At the same time, using wavelet packet decomposition and reconstruction of the noised signal is decomposed into different frequency bands, extract useful features of energy for fault diagnosis. Paper use the XC7Z010 FPGA of XILINX company and the NANO touch screen of GUANGZHOU DCOLOUR company as the main controller design of the system hardware platform, the measurement results show that the system can obtain better stability and higher precision.
