Electronic transformer will gradually replace the electromagnetic transformer in time for it has advanced sensing mechanism, easy insulation, large dynamic range, wide frequency response, high accuracy, adapt energy metering, digital protection and automation development.In recent years, with deepen development of smart grid, all-fiber optical current transformer (FOCT) which is one of the electronic transformer has been gradually put into major intelligent substation operation. However, there is linear birefringence in All-fiber optical current transformer which is sensitive to environmental factors such like temperature and vibration. Compared with traditional electromagnetic transformer,FOCT has unreliable errors after commissioning and inspection. Even to the extent that no data related practices.To avoid All-fiber optical current transformer error in site, there is a set of computing device that based on GB and enterprise standard need to be made to calculate the Angle difference and matching error in Optical current transformer. This device also can view running status and see feature data in All-fiber optical current transformer site. Optical electronic transformer error online monitoring system practices the principle of traceability optical current transformer and also collects the data and errors, it summarizes and saves data by using database technology, network technology, data processing technology. The saved data is displayed and in-depth analyzed this way.This essay studies the substation transformer, the communication protocol digital form, formation mechanism, traditional transformer sampling, digital processing, and optical current transformer in order to analysis calculated real-time error. Through the sample of Site operation network in wuxi xijing Transformer substation,I verify and analysis the feasibility of comparative analysis of the system and ensure the accuracy and reliability of the energy metering.
