Research Of New Type Of Large Diameter Prestressed Concrete Solid Pile

There are many precast piles in our society,such as,precast square pile,the prestressed concrete pipe pile, centrifugal prestressed concrete square pile and so on.The production technology of these piles are all very mature,they are used in a lot of ways.But many disadvantages exist in these piles,such as, the intensity of precast square pile is low;when we yield the prestressed concrete pipe pile and centrifugal prestressed concrete square pile,we will waste large amounts of resources;This go against our countries’ subject which we should protect environment.So,developing a new pile which have good mechanical properties and consume less power is a challenge for contemporary people.In this article, the team organized by the authors’ teacher and Qingdao Hao He cement products co., LTD. jointly develop a new type of prestressed solid square pile.The main contents are as follows:Designing a new type of solid square pile, researching the production process of solid square pile, solving the key technical problems in the process of production,drawing atlas; Designing field experiment and on-site test, Collecting data and processing data, concluding the engineering parameters; establishing finite element modelling, conducting finite element mechanics analysis, concluding the engineering parameters; Summarizing the superiority of solid square pile in the aspect of economy contrasting with the prestressed concrete pipe pile and centrifugal prestressed concrete square pile.
