Xi’an Heihe water diversion project is the lifeline of xi’an project, is very important for the role of economic and social development in xian, assuming the task the xi’an around 80% water. As a single water culvert of every building is the whole the throat of the water diversion project, once an accident, consequence is unimaginable. In this paper, through the channel of the river aqueduct of detection, analysis, treatment scheme was proposed, and through the reinforcement of recent years, has obtained the good effect. Get the following conclusion:(1) Analysis of the heihe river channel in the operation of the aqueduct engineering of disease reasons, mainly for the freezing and thawing, wind erosion and carbide construction reasons, such as the aqueduct appeared different degree of crack of concrete structure, steel bar corrosion, concrete expansion, water seepage and leakage phenomenon.(2) In view of the engineering disease problem, put forward the corresponding engineering measures and treatment methods. To deal with honeycomb pitting surface, empty, empty drum, ensure the part surface smooth, no leakage. Of fracture grouting treatment, in order to achieve closed fracture, limit cracks continue to grow. To increase concrete carbonization, freeze-thaw damage of concrete surface layer and the carbonization, offers a new base for concrete structures of protection, effectively solve the problem of freezing and thawing damage, terminate the carbonation reaction to continue and prevent further concrete structure mechanics performance degradation. Rust resistance was carried out on the exposed steel processing, in order to improve and strengthen the protection of reinforcement, prevent further reinforcement corrosion, the overall strength of concrete structure. Prolong the service life of the aqueduct, ensure the safety of water conveyance, give play to its benefits.
