As the construction scale expands, the construction speed has accelerated, the market has become increasingly open, and the competition is ever fiercer. The construction cost is relatively low, but the labor shortage and some other reasons lead to the raise of construction cost, the construction quality has shown the trend of decline somehow. In recent years, the construction process management had drawn much attention, the approach of construction process control also enjoyed constant optimizing and upgrading. Bridges are an essential component of express highway construction, the quality of bridge construction will have a direct impact on the performance of the bridge itself, thus to exert an effect on the construction quality of the whole express highway. It has become the trend of the entire construction industry to study the bridge construction control approach and management. As the continuous emerging and application of the bridge construction equipment featuring mechanization, integration and intelligence-oriented, the express highway bridge construction also become mechanized and intelligence-oriented. The mechanization and intelligence-oriented construction control of express highway bridges has become one of the most popular topics in the field of express highway construction recently.This essay takes the new equipment, new technology and new process created in the new era and situation as the research object. Relying on the expressive highway project, which starts from Pingyuan, Guangdong and ends in Xingning, Guangdong, the writer conducts a research on the mechanization and intelligence-oriented construction of the prestressed concrete simply-supported beam bridge and prestressed concrete cast-in-place continuous beam bridge. First, this essay starts from the major working procedures of express highway bridge construction; the research also covers the construction control of the whole set steel bar processing equipment, integrated manufacture of steel bar and uniform distribution. It also contains the construction control of the rational site layout of the concrete mixing station, high-level construction and closed management; equipment component and construction organization of large-span cast-in-place continuous beam bridge; the selection and construction control of bridge deck integration layer vibration bump-cutter machine; bridge roughing and smoothing and other precise construction control; construction control of intelligent stretch-draw, intelligent mud-jacking, intelligent health maintenance and intelligent checking. Secondly, combined with the real construction cases, it offers the equipment selecting and auxiliary design of the mechanization and intelligence-oriented construction; system and approach of construction organization and management. At last, by making comparison between the traditional manual work; semi-mechanical execution and mechanization; intelligence-oriented construction in terms of construction quality, rate of progress, cost and safety, it revealed the merits and application value of the latter one. This essay summarizes the whole set construction material by studying the construction control of mechanization and intelligence-oriented construction of typical express highway bridges, and provides service and reference for the construction management and control in the new era, under the situation of the new technology and the new equipment.Via the application study of the real projects, the practice shows that compared to the tra ditional manual work and semi-mechanization construction, the mechanization and intelligenc e-oriented construction is conductive to the raise of the construction progress, decreasing of th e total cost of the project; and the safety management is also facilitated.The application of the whole set advanced equipment, technology and the building of the full range of management system and approach in the express highway bridge construction can improve the quality and construction capacity significantly.
