In this paper, considering the historical and cultural scenic road network physical difficulties, landscape coordination under higher factors,this paper builds up the related model of motoring traffic organization which is suitable for the historical and cultural scenic spots in holidays. Combining information technology means and the temporary parking lot planning, this paperorganizes traffics of the historical and cultural scenic spots.First of all, the studyingobject in this paper is the city edge type of historical and cultural scenic spots, and through analysis it is concluded that the city edge type of historical and cultural scenic spots at the same time has the characters of city edge area and the historical and cultural scenic spots, and then summarizes the city edge type of the basic characteristics of the historical and cultural scenic spots and tourist traffic characteristics, providing theory basis for model analysis.Second, this paper constructs the ―pool-pipe-valve‖model of historical and cultural scenic spots. Combined with related theories in the field of traffic engineering,fluid mechanics model analysis, the target optimization and parameter determination, and with the aid of Matlab software to analyze the model solution,this papertakes the scenic area parking capacity in control and reasonable road service level as the goal, calculating the parking lot real-time input flow and the traffic controledpoint real-time evacuation flow, and through the calculation of scenic spot CNC center,making the corresponding organization management and information guidance, this paper realizesthe application of the model.Finally, taking Lintong historical and cultural scenic spots as the research object, through field investigation and theoretical analysis, combined with calculation of ―pool-pipe-valve‖model, this paper analyzes traffic organization of the historical and cultural scenic spots in holidays.this paper summarizes the temporary holiday parking lot planning designning method and then applies it to the instance, Providing the basis for reasonable traffic organization.
